1. Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee that our cakes are made fresh and delivered to you in perfect condition. If you experience any issues with the freshness or quality of your cake, please contact us immediately.

2. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the cake has been delivered or picked up. However, if there is an issue with your order, please refer to our refund policy below.

3. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong cake or incorrect customization, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
  • Damaged Goods: If your cake arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We may request photos of the damaged cake to process your request.
  • Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cake, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup to discuss the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Customer Error: We do not offer refunds for mistakes made by the customer, such as ordering the wrong size, flavor, or customization.
  • Late Collection: Cakes not collected on the agreed date are non-refundable.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the cake has been made.

Refund Process:

  • Step 1: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your cake at 9717955175 with your order number and details of the issue.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or photos.
  • Step 3: If your request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

Advance Orders:

  • Orders cancelled at least  7 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Orders canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Custom and Large Orders:

  • Custom and large orders (over 5kg) must be cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to receive a 50% refund.
  • Orders canceled less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
