Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are shared once your order is placed, based on distance.
- Charges are collected by our staff at the time of delivery.
- Clients also have the option to pick up the cake directly from our bakery.

Installation
- Installation requires 2 staff members.
- Our team will install the cake at the agreed time.
- A maximum of 10–15 minutes is allotted for installation. After this, the staff will leave as there are other deliveries scheduled.
- Delivery and installation charges are collected after installation is completed.
- Full payment for the cake must be cleared before dispatch from the bakery.

Delivery Timings
- Deliveries are made between 10 AM – 8 PM.
- Fixed-time deliveries are not possible. Instead, deliveries are scheduled in a 1-hour window (e.g., 6–7 PM).
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake during the delivery slot.

Address Accuracy
- To ensure error-free deliveries, it is mandatory to share your pinned location (not live location) via WhatsApp with our team once the order is confirmed.
