Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

 

1. All our cakes are freshly made each day by our bakers at our very own bakery in Noida .
2. We are an EGGLESS BAKERY and hence no eggs are used in any type of preparation.
3. The cake is best to be consumed on the day of purchase, but can also be consumed for up to 2 - 3 days if refrigerated.
4. Any person with any disease relating to sugar,allergy etc has to mention it while placing the order,CAKESTRY15 wont be responsible if the client misses to inform the bakery while ordering.
5. We currently offer a same-day delivery service for normal cake orders from Noida.
6. All designer cakes have to be picked up from the bakery and two days prior intimation is required for such cakes.
7. All orders can be delivered in Noida within a time span of three hours minimum barring festival times.
8. Any changes or cancellations are to be done one week in advance and intimated on cakestry15@gmail.com,9717955175.
9. We don’t provided COD on orders,all the orders have to be prepaid as these are perishable items and cant be returned or refunded once made.
10. We deliver 365 days a year except in exceptional situations arising out of our control
