📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy – Cakestry15

At Cakestry15, we lovingly prepare and handcraft every cake to make your celebrations special. To ensure smooth deliveries, we request you to kindly read our delivery guidelines below:

🚚 Where We Deliver

We currently deliver within a 20 km radius of our bakery in Sector 64, Noida, covering:

  • Noida (all sectors)

  • Noida Extension

  • Greater Noida

  • Ghaziabad

  • Indirapuram, Vaishali

  • Select areas of South Delhi & East Delhi

👉 For large designer cakes, please confirm availability with our team in advance so that proper arrangements can be made.

💸 Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are based on distance and will be shared once your order is confirmed.

  • For safety, cakes are transported via trusted private cab services (Uber, Ola, Rapido, etc.). Two-way fare applies.

  • Pickup from our bakery (Sector 64, Noida) is also available.

  • Delivery charges are collected separately from the cake amount and may be paid to the delivery staff or driver directly.

🏗️ Installation (for Large/Designer Cakes)

  • Multi-tier or designer cakes may require on-site setup. Our team will handle installation at the agreed time.

  • Installation generally takes 10–15 minutes, after which our staff must leave to fulfill other deliveries.

  • Cake cost must be fully cleared before dispatch.

  • Delivery/installation charges are payable after completion.

🕒 Delivery Timings

  • Standard delivery hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Deliveries are scheduled in 1-hour slots (e.g., 6–7 PM). Fixed, to-the-minute delivery is not possible.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake during your chosen slot.

  • Same-day delivery is available for standard cakes in Noida only, if the order is placed before 12:00 PM.

⛔ Once a delivery slot is confirmed, it cannot be changed later. If timing is changed at the last moment, delivery will be made as per bakery convenience, keeping other orders in mind.

📍 Address & Receiving the Cake

  • To avoid delays, please share your pinned location with our team via WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.

  • Drivers deliver to the ground floor/entry point of the given location (e.g., gate, reception, outside building). We request you or your representative to collect the cake from there.

  • A single delivery attempt will be made. Orders will be marked as delivered in cases such as:

    • Wrong or incomplete address provided

    • Incorrect/unreachable phone number

    • Recipient unavailable or premises locked

    • Entry not allowed by security/reception

    • Recipient refusing delivery

    • Delivery left at gate/reception/neighbor if customer is unreachable

⚠️ Delivery Disclaimer

  • While we pack every cake with care, Cakestry15 is not responsible for mishandling by third-party cab drivers once the cake has been dispatched.

  • Traffic, weather, festive rush, or other unforeseen issues may cause unavoidable delays. In such cases, we may reschedule the delivery.

  • If the address is changed after dispatch, or a re-attempt is required, additional charges may apply.

  • Some locations may not be serviceable by cab due to narrow lanes or restrictions. In such cases, customers may need to collect from the nearest accessible point.

🎂 Handling Your Cake

To keep your cake safe after delivery/pickup:

  • Always hold the box flat and support it with both hands. Do not tilt.

  • Keep cakes on a flat surface in your vehicle (preferably the floor with AC on) — never on a seat or lap.

  • Avoid sharp turns, sudden braking, or bumps while transporting.

  • For boxed cakes, cut the sides of the box and slide the cake out gently instead of lifting it straight up.

  • Non-edible items used in decoration (toppers, wires, sticks, etc.) must be removed before serving.
