Yes. You can select from our available flavours for your custom cake. Flavour availability may depend on the size and design of the cake.

Q8: Can you make a cake from a reference image?
Yes. You can share a reference image or design idea with us. We will create the cake based on the reference while adapting it to suit the required size, structure, and available edible/decorative elements.

Q9: How much advance notice is required for a custom cake?
For standard designs, we recommend ordering 2–3 days in advance. Large, detailed, or highly customised cakes may require 5–7 days or more, depending on the design.

Q10: Can you make large or multi-tier cakes?
Yes. We make large, multi-tier and highly customised cakes. For elaborate designs, advance booking is recommended so that sufficient production time can be allocated.

Ordering & Payment

Q11: How can I place an order?
You can place your order through our website, Instagram, Facebook, phone, or WhatsApp. Once the design, flavour, size, date, and other details are finalised, the order is confirmed after payment.

Q12: Is advance payment required?
Yes. Advance payment is required to confirm an order. Production slots are allocated only after the order is confirmed.

Q13: Can I place a same-day or urgent order?
Same-day or urgent orders may be possible for selected cakes depending on availability, design requirements, preparation time, and delivery capacity. Please contact us to check availability.

Q14: Can I make changes to my cake after booking?
Changes may be possible depending on the type of change and the stage of preparation. Since cakes are custom-made and production is scheduled in advance, last-minute changes may not be possible.

Delivery & Pickup

Q15: Do you provide doorstep delivery?
Yes. We provide delivery across Noida, Noida Extension, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, South Delhi, and East Delhi.

Q16: What are your delivery timings?
Our delivery service is available Monday to Sunday, between 10 AM and 8 PM.

Q17: Can I choose a delivery time?
Yes. Deliveries are scheduled in 1-hour time slots, such as 6–7 PM. We make every effort to deliver within the selected slot, although the exact arrival time can vary due to traffic, weather, route conditions, and transportation availability.

Q18: What delivery options are available?
You can choose from:

  • Self-pickup from our Sector 64, Noida store.

  • Cab delivery through Uber/Ola, where the cake is sent from our store and the customer pays the one-way cab fare directly to the driver.

  • Staff delivery, subject to availability, with applicable to-and-fro transportation charges payable by the customer.

Q19: Can I collect my cake from the store?
Yes. Self-pickup is available from our Sector 64, Noida store. Pickup timing will be confirmed with your order.

Q20: Are delivery charges included in the cake price?
No. Delivery charges are separate and depend on the delivery method, distance, and applicable transportation charges.

Q21: Do you provide midnight delivery?
No. Our regular delivery timings are 10 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Sunday. Midnight and late-night deliveries are not available.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Q22: Can I cancel my cake order after booking?
Once an order is booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Our cakes are custom-made and perishable, and production planning is done specifically for each confirmed order.

Q23: Can I postpone my cake order to another date?
A date change may be considered when requested at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date, subject to confirmation by the bakery and availability of a suitable production slot.

Q24: Can I make a last-minute rescheduling request?
No. Last-minute changes cannot normally be accommodated because orders are pre-slotted into our production and delivery schedule. Customers should inform us at least 3 days in advance for any date-change request.

Q25: How are cakes packed for delivery?
Cakes are carefully prepared and packed to help protect their appearance and structure during transportation. We recommend keeping the cake level and stable during handling.

Q26: How should I store my cake after receiving it?
Most cream-based cakes should be kept refrigerated until shortly before serving. Specific storage instructions may vary depending on the cake and its decorations.

Q27: How long can the cake be kept?
Cakes are freshly prepared and are best enjoyed as soon as possible after delivery. Storage life can vary depending on the flavour, filling, frosting, and decorations.

Q28: What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
Please contact us immediately after receiving the cake and share clear photographs and details of the issue. We will review the matter and assist with an appropriate resolution where the issue is attributable to Cakestry15.

Corporate & Bulk Orders

Q29: Do you provide cakes for corporate events and bulk orders?
Yes. We cater to corporate events, parties, celebrations, and bulk cake orders. Larger orders should ideally be placed 7–10 days in advance.
