1. What kind of cakes do you make?
We specialize in 100% eggless custom cakes, including birthday cakes, fondant designer cakes, 3D theme cakes, photo cakes, and tiered cakes. All cakes are freshly baked at our bakery in Noida.
2. Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver across Noida, Noida Extension, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and select areas in South and East Delhi. For full details, visit our Delivery Locations page.
3. How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our website, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or by calling us at +91 97179 55175. For designer cakes, we recommend pre-ordering at least 2–3 days in advance.
4. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for standard cakes ordered before 12:00 PM. Designer cakes require at least 48 hours' notice.
5. What are your delivery timings?
Deliveries are made daily between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, except on major public holidays.
6. What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary by location and are calculated based on distance from our bakery. Charges are communicated after order confirmation.
7. Can I pick up my cake instead of delivery?
Yes! Pickup is available from our store at B 51, Sector 64, Noida. Please carry your order ID or phone number at the time of pickup.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept prepaid orders only. Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, or bank transfer. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
9. Can I customize my cake design?
Absolutely! Most of our cakes are custom-made. You can share your theme, color preference, flavor, and even references via WhatsApp or Instagram.
10. How should I store my cake?
Store your cake in a refrigerator (0–4°C). For best taste and freshness, consume it within 2–3 days of delivery.
11. Are your cakes safe for people with allergies?
Please inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions (like diabetes) at the time of ordering. We will guide you accordingly.
12. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled up to 7 days in advance. No modifications are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are not issued for cakes already in production.
