At Cakestry15, we take pride in preparing 100% eggless, handcrafted cakes made fresh to order. Since our products are perishable, please read our return, refund, and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

🧁 1. Freshness & Quality Guarantee

We prepare every cake using high-quality ingredients to ensure freshness. If you face any issue related to quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and our team will be happy to assist you.

🚫 2. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of cakes, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered or picked up.
If there is a valid concern, please refer to the refund conditions below.

💸 3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive a cake different from what you ordered (wrong flavor, design, or size), contact us within 24 hours.

  • Quality Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the freshness or texture, raise your concern within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Customer error (e.g., wrong size/flavor selected).

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.

  • Late pickup or failure to collect the cake on time.

  • Transit issues or damages caused by third-party delivery services (refer to Delivery Disclaimer).

  • Share your order number and details/photos (if applicable).

  • After review, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

❌ 5. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Orders:

    • Cancel 7 days before delivery/pickup → 50% refund.

    • Cancel less than 48 hours before delivery/pickup → No refund.

  • Custom / Large Orders (5kg+):

    • Cancel at least 72 hours in advance → 50% refund.

    • Cancel less than 72 hours before delivery → No refund.

⚠️ 6. Disclaimer on Delivery

While we pack and handle with care, Cakestry15 cannot guarantee against damages during delivery, especially in cases such as:

  • Road mishaps or traffic delays.

  • Mishandling by cab drivers or third-party delivery agents.

  • Unforeseen events like heavy rains or restrictions.

Deliveries are made through third-party services (Uber, Ola, Rapido, etc.), and exact fixed-time deliveries are not possible. Instead, deliveries are scheduled within a time slot (e.g., 6–7 PM).

✨ 7. Additional Notes

  • Custom Designs & Photos: Each cake is handcrafted. Minor variations in color, decoration, or placement may occur compared to the reference photo.

  • Edible & Non-Edible Elements: Some cakes may include toppers, wires, toys, or other decorative items that are not edible. Please remove such items before serving.

  • Storage Instructions: Cakes should be refrigerated (below 5°C) and consumed within 24–48 hours for the best taste and freshness.

  • Last-Minute Changes: Changes to flavor, design, or message may not be possible once preparation has begun.

  • Weight & Servings: Cake weight may vary slightly (±200g) due to manual preparation. Servings are approximate estimates.

  • Force Majeure: In rare cases of unavoidable events (e.g., strikes, weather, emergencies), we may need to adjust or reschedule deliveries.
