At Cakestry15, we proudly deliver freshly baked, 100% eggless custom cakes within 20 km radius of our bakery in Noida (Sector 64), covering Noida and nearby regions.

🚚 Where We Deliver

We currently offer cake delivery services to:

✅ Noida (all sectors)
✅ Noida Extension
✅ Greater Noida
✅ Ghaziabad
✅ Select areas of South Delhi and East Delhi
✅ Indirapuram, Vaishali

Our delivery radius covers up to 20 km from our bakery location in Sector 64, Noida.

Note: Delivery availability for designer/custom cakes may vary by area. Please contact us in advance to confirm service for your location.

💸 Delivery Charges

Distance-Based Charges: Delivery fee is calculated based on your address (within our 20 km delivery radius) and distance from our bakery.

🕒 Delivery Timings

Standard Delivery Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, all days
Same-Day Delivery: Available only for standard cakes within Noida if ordered before 12:00 PM
Closed: Major national/public holidays
Delays: Deliveries may be impacted by bad weather, traffic disruptions, or unforeseen events. Customers will be informed promptly in such cases.

🎂 Custom & Designer Cakes

Pre-Order Required: Minimum 48 hours for all custom/designer cakes
Large/Bulk Orders: For cakes above 3kg or for events, please book 3–5 days in advance

💸 Delivery Charges

Distance-Based Charges: Delivery fee is calculated based on your address and distance from our bakery
Mode of Delivery: We use private cab services (e.g., Uber) for safer transport
Two-Way Charges Apply: To-and-fro cab fare will be shared after order confirmation
No Flat Rates: Charges vary by area, cake size, and delivery window
Note: Shopify checkout may display ₹0.00 as delivery fee temporarily. Please contact us for actual charges before completing your order.

⚠️ Delivery Disclaimer

While we pack and transport your cake with utmost care, Cakestry15 is not responsible for:

Road conditions or traffic delays
Mishandling by cab drivers or delivery partners
Third-party or weather-related issues

Once the cake is dispatched from our premises, it is considered successfully shipped.

📍 In-Store Pickup

Available every day from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Please carry your Order ID or phone number used during checkout
Arrive at your selected pickup time to avoid wait times

🔁 Order Modifications & Cancellations

Change or Cancel: Allowed up to 7 days before delivery date
No Modifications: Within 48 hours of delivery/pickup
No Refunds: On cakes already prepared or in process
