At Cakestry15, every cake is freshly prepared and carefully packed for your celebration. To ensure smooth and timely deliveries, please review the following delivery guidelines before placing your order.

We currently provide delivery across:

  • Noida
  • Noida Extension
  • Greater Noida
  • Ghaziabad
  • Indirapuram
  • Vaishali
  • Select areas of South Delhi
  • Select areas of East Delhi

Delivery availability depends on the exact location, accessibility, distance, and transportation availability.

For large, multi-tier, or highly detailed designer cakes, please confirm delivery feasibility with our team in advance.

Delivery Charges & Delivery Methods

Delivery charges are separate from the cake price and depend on the delivery method, distance, and transportation requirements.

We offer the following options:

1. Self-Pickup
Customers can collect their cake directly from our bakery at Sector 64, Noida, at the confirmed pickup time.

2. Cab Delivery
The cake can be sent from our bakery through a third-party cab service such as Uber or Ola.

The customer receives the cake at the destination and pays the one-way cab fare directly to the driver.

3. Staff Delivery
Delivery may be arranged through our staff, subject to availability. Applicable to-and-fro transportation charges will be payable by the customer.

Delivery Timings

  • Standard delivery hours are 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
  • Deliveries are scheduled in 1-hour time slots, such as 6–7 PM.
  • Exact, to-the-minute delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, route conditions, and transportation availability.
  • Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the cake during the selected delivery slot.

Same-day delivery may be available for selected standard cakes depending on availability, preparation time, and delivery capacity. Please confirm availability with our team before placing the order.

Changes to Delivery Date or Time

Orders are pre-slotted into our production and delivery schedule.

Requests to postpone an order or change its delivery date should be made at least 3 days before the scheduled date and are subject to bakery confirmation and availability of a suitable production slot.

Last-minute changes to the delivery date or time cannot normally be accommodated.

Address & Receiving the Cake

Once your order is confirmed, please share your accurate delivery address and pinned location through WhatsApp.

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Complete and correct delivery address
  • Correct phone number
  • Accurate pinned location
  • Any relevant entry/access instructions

Drivers generally deliver the cake to the ground-floor entry point, gate, reception, or other accessible point of the given location.

The customer or an authorised recipient should be available to receive the cake during the selected delivery slot.

If the recipient is unavailable, the premises are locked, access is denied, the phone is unreachable, or the recipient refuses delivery, additional waiting, return, or re-delivery transportation charges may apply.

 Delivery Disclaimer

We carefully pack every cake before dispatch. However, when a cake is transported through a third-party cab or delivery provider, Cakestry15 cannot be held responsible for damage caused during transportation due to:

  • Sudden braking or acceleration
  • Traffic or road conditions
  • Accidents
  • Mishandling by the driver
  • Weather conditions
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If a delivery attempt cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, inaccessible location, recipient unavailability, or similar customer-related circumstances, additional transportation charges may apply.

Some locations may not be directly accessible by cab due to narrow lanes, private roads, security restrictions, or other access limitations. In such cases, the customer may be required to collect the cake from the nearest accessible point.

Installation for Large / Designer Cakes

Certain large, multi-tier, or structurally complex cakes may require on-site setup.

Where installation is agreed in advance:

  • Our staff will install the cake at the agreed location.
  • Installation generally takes approximately 10–15 minutes.
  • The installation location should be ready and accessible before our staff arrives.
  • Once installation is completed, our staff will need to leave to attend to other scheduled orders and deliveries.
  • The cake amount must be fully paid before dispatch.
  • Applicable delivery and installation charges are payable as agreed at the time of booking.

Handling Your Cake

To help maintain the cake's appearance and structure after pickup or delivery:

  • Keep the cake flat and level at all times.
  • Support the cake box with both hands while carrying it.
  • When transporting the cake yourself, keep it on a stable, flat surface with air conditioning, preferably the vehicle floor.
  • Do not place the cake on a car seat or lap.
  • Avoid sudden braking, sharp turns, and uneven roads.
  • Refrigerate the cake as advised and avoid unnecessary exposure to heat.
  • For boxed cakes, cut the sides of the box and slide the cake out gently rather than lifting it vertically.
  • Remove all non-edible toppers, wires, sticks, acrylic elements, toys, and other decorative items before serving.
