Thank you for choosing Cakestry15. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with Cakestry15 through our website, phone, WhatsApp, social media, or other available channels, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. About Cakestry15

The domain name www.cakestry15.com (“Website”) is owned and operated by Dawar Enterprise, having its registered/business address at B-51, Sector 64, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India (“Cakestry15”).

Cakestry15 specialises in 100% eggless, freshly prepared and customised cakes and desserts.

2. Definitions

  • “You” / “Your” means the customer placing an order.
  • “We” / “Us” / “Our” / “Cakestry15” means Cakestry15 / Dawar Enterprise.
  • “Products” means cakes, desserts and other products offered by Cakestry15.
  • “Services” means cake preparation, customisation, pickup, delivery and related customer support.
  • “Order” means a product or service booked and confirmed by the customer.
  • “Delivery” means transportation and handover of an order through an available delivery method.
  • “Website” means www.cakestry15.com and associated online pages operated by Cakestry15.

3. Placing an Order

  • Orders may be placed through our website, phone, WhatsApp, social media, or other available ordering channels.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, delivery address, pinned location, cake specifications and other order details.
  • An order is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and the order has been accepted by Cakestry15.
  • Customers should carefully check the confirmed order details and inform us promptly if any correction is required.
  • All cakes are handcrafted and made to order. Minor variations in colour, decoration, placement, size, or appearance from reference images may occur.
  • Images displayed on the website or shared as references are intended to communicate the design concept and may not always be reproduced identically.
  • Orders are subject to product availability, production capacity and delivery feasibility.
  • Cakestry15 reserves the right to decline an order where it cannot reasonably fulfil the requested product or service.

4. Custom Cakes

  • Custom cakes are prepared specifically according to the customer's selected size, flavour, design, theme and other requirements.
  • Once preparation or customisation has commenced, changes to the order may not be possible.
  • Cakestry15 may make reasonable adjustments to a design where required for cake structure, stability, food safety, availability of materials, or practical production requirements.
  • Certain decorative elements such as wires, toppers, acrylic pieces, sticks, toys, or figurines may not be edible and must be removed before serving.
  • Customers should inform us in advance about any specific requirements relevant to the order.

5. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • The applicable cake price and other charges will be communicated or displayed before order confirmation.
  • Advance payment is required for order confirmation, unless otherwise specifically agreed by Cakestry15.
  • Delivery charges are separate from the cake price unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Payment may be made through available digital payment methods such as UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or other payment methods offered at the time of ordering.
  • Payment processing may be handled through third-party payment providers. Cakestry15 does not request or store confidential payment credentials such as CVV, OTP, UPI PIN or passwords.

6. Delivery & Pickup

Cakestry15 provides delivery across Noida, Noida Extension, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Vaishali, and select areas of South Delhi and East Delhi, subject to location and delivery feasibility.

Customers may choose from:

Self-Pickup:
Orders can be collected from our store at Sector 64, Noida at the confirmed pickup time.

Cab Delivery:
The cake may be sent through a third-party cab service such as Uber or Ola. The customer receives the cake at the destination and pays the one-way cab fare directly to the driver.

Staff Delivery:
Delivery may be arranged through our staff, subject to availability. Applicable to-and-fro transportation charges are payable by the customer.

7. Delivery Timings

  • Standard delivery hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
  • Deliveries are scheduled within 1-hour time slots, such as 6–7 PM.
  • Exact to-the-minute delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Traffic, weather, route conditions, transportation availability, security restrictions and other external factors may affect delivery timing.
  • Customers should ensure that the recipient is available during the selected delivery slot.
  • Same-day delivery may be available for selected cakes depending on availability, preparation time and delivery capacity.

8. Delivery Responsibility

Cakestry15 takes reasonable care while preparing and packing cakes before dispatch.

Where a third-party cab or transportation provider is used, Cakestry15 cannot be held responsible for damage caused during transportation due to circumstances such as:

  • Sudden braking or acceleration
  • Traffic or road conditions
  • Accidents
  • Mishandling by the third-party driver
  • Weather conditions
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring that the recipient is available to receive the order.

Additional waiting, re-delivery or transportation charges may apply where delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, restricted access, refusal to accept the order, or similar customer-related circumstances.

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Because Cakestry15 cakes are custom-made and perishable products, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

A customer may request postponement of an order by providing at least 3 days' advance notice.

Any postponement is subject to:

  • Confirmation by Cakestry15
  • Availability of a suitable production slot
  • Availability of the requested new date

If the cake preparation has not yet started, Cakestry15 may allow the order to be moved to a later available date.

No refund will be provided for a postponed order.

Last-minute changes to the date or delivery slot cannot normally be accommodated because orders are pre-slotted into our production and delivery schedule.

10. Complaints & Product Issues

We value customer feedback and take genuine product concerns seriously.

If there is an issue with an order, customers should contact Cakestry15 as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, along with:

  • Order number
  • Details of the concern
  • Clear photographs/videos where applicable

Each complaint will be reviewed individually.

Reporting an issue within 24 hours does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. Any resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and whether it is attributable to Cakestry15.

11. Cake Care

Customers are responsible for following the cake storage and handling instructions provided with the order.

Cakes should be handled carefully, kept appropriately refrigerated where required, and protected from heat, direct sunlight, tilting, sudden movement and unsuitable storage conditions.

Cakestry15 cannot be responsible for deterioration or damage resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery or pickup.

12. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All photographs, cake designs, text, graphics, logos, branding, and other content published on the Cakestry15 website are intended for Cakestry15's business use and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially used without permission.

Cake designs shown on the website or social media may be created by Cakestry15 or based on customer references and may be subject to reasonable adaptation.

13. Promotions & Offers

  • Promotional offers, discounts and special pricing may be subject to specific terms and conditions.
  • Offers may be changed, discontinued, or withdrawn by Cakestry15.
  • Unless specifically stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Cakestry15 reserves the right to correct pricing or promotional errors.

14. Communications

Customers may receive transactional communications relating to their orders, including order confirmations, payment updates, delivery updates and customer-service messages.

Marketing or promotional communications will be sent in accordance with applicable preferences and requirements, and customers may opt out where applicable.

15. Limitation of Liability

Cakestry15 takes reasonable care in preparing and supplying its products. However, we are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party transportation issues, traffic, weather conditions, road restrictions, accidents, security restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cakestry15's liability in relation to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that particular order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Unavoidable Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances such as severe weather, natural events, strikes, road restrictions, emergencies, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control, Cakestry15 may need to delay, modify, or reschedule delivery arrangements.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate such circumstances to the customer and provide the best available solution.

17. General Terms

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy, form the terms applicable to orders placed with Cakestry15.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
  • Cakestry15 reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time.
  • All disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws of India and subject to applicable jurisdiction.
